Sid founded NovoCove after spending years inside Australian aged care and childcare operations, watching compliance work fall onto spreadsheets that nobody could trust at audit time. Before NovoCove, Sid led product and engineering teams across consumer and B2B SaaS, including regulated industries. He is responsible for the overall product direction, the Australian regulatory framework baked into NovoCove, and for the customer relationships that have shaped the platform.

Why we're building NovoCove
Australian care providers spend hundreds of hours every year tracking staff certifications across spreadsheets, with no real-time view of what's current and what's lapsed. When an ACECQA visit or an ACQSC audit lands, the evidence pack takes weeks to assemble. We think that's a solvable problem — and the operators we work with agree.
